Thanksgiving 2009

I didn't get any pictures this year because I didn't have a working camera. For Thanksgiving the kids and I went to Idaho without Jake. He had to be on call and wasn't going to be around much anyway so we left him. We stayed at Grandma Shirlee's for the weekend and had a great time seeing family we have not seen in years. My kids had not meet some of them. We had great food, I made my PB Chocolate cake and Carter actually threw part of it off the counter as it was cooling so I had to improvise and make it into a 2 layer cake instead of 3. It worked out and everyone loved it. We missed Jake but would have been home lonely without him so it worked out.
